EUROMARK’s iconic compact straw blower gets a makeover. The TX27HD dares to renew itself while retaining the foundations laid by its larger siblings.

Even more powerful, sturdier and more compact, it takes up the codes that have made its predecessors successful for over 30 years (TX2701, TX2703, TX27XL). The TX27HD embodies the modernity, know-how and experience accumulated by Euromark over the years. With a useful capacity of 2.5m³, it is available in mounted or semi-mounted versions, with a side or rotating chute, and offers a choice between a hydraulic straw separator or a PowerDrive disengageable S.D.E. mechanical separator for all types of forage.

The body is designed for all bale formats (square: length ± 2m50 / round: diameter ± 2m).

The EUROMARK TX27HD small-volume straw blower is available in the following models:

  • As side chute, or as POLYFLOW central chute,
  • In mounted or semi-mounted versions,
  • With 1 hydraulic or 1 mechanical S.D.E. detangler.

 

The POWERDRIVE allows independent operation of the turbine, unraveller and scraper floor. The hydraulically disengageable belt drive system for the shredder greatly reduces the power required at start-up and considerably reduces the risk of blockages. The hydraulic belt tensioner allows the shredder to be engaged and disengaged at will from the electric control box in the cab. The system makes it possible to interrupt the flow of forage at any time at the torch of a button. Heavy-duty quad-belt assembly for unrivalled longevity and power transmission. Energy-saving system thanks to new, improved hydraulic assembly.

Highlights - mulching and distribution

  • DETANGLERS TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

Detanglers S.D.E. // Wrap Distribution System for distribution of hay, wrapped grass, short-staple silage, etc. All forage shredders are mechanically driven by a belt. With a diameter of 550mm, these shredders feature cutting sections that slice through the bale of grass. Spiral ejectors on the shredder propel the product into the turbine. The large diameter of the shredder prevents long fibers from becoming entangled. A comb regulates the entry of straw or forage into the turbine.

  • HIGH-PERFORMANCE MULCHING

Blades TWIN // Bolted and balanced on the turbine disc, TWIN blades create a suction effect and offer a very large propulsion surface, so that products (straw, silage) are carried along by maximum centrifugal force. The spoon shape further enhances propulsion efficiency and guarantees perfect cleaning..

Double-flow turbine // This is the heart of the machine. Thanks to its performance, mulching is even over long distances and distribution is fast and even. The 8 TWIN blades and their 3 points of support on the disc provide exceptional strength and perfect balancing.

  • INNOVATION FOR YOUR COMFORT

Patented POWERDRIVE system // exclusive to EUROMARK: Developing maximum power for the shredder, this hydraulically disengageable belt drive system separates turbine rotation and shredder rotation from belt advance. This is an exclusive EUROMARK patent.
